Beaver Scouts are the youngest section of the Scout family. We are for boys and girls aged 6 - 8 and we meet once a week for 1 hour & 15 mins. We now have two Colonies of Beavers which are each split into 4 Lodges named the Sharp Teeth, the Dam Builders, the Tree Fellers and the Flat Tails.

Our Beaver Scout Leader is called Bev and she is helped by assistants Fiona, Heather, Joanne, Sylvia, Jill, Pauline and Robbie.  We are also lucky to be helped out by our Young Leaders Angus, Amy, Stuart and Craig who are with the Explorer Scouts.

While at Beavers the children get the chance to take part in a Beaver Sleepover. This could be their first ever night away from home - there are lots of different activities to try, new friends to be made and lots of fun to be had !

Follow the links on the left to find out about the Beaver Promise and Motto,  how to join,  our Beaver Code of Conduct and get information on the Beaver Uniform and positioning of badges (we like to get lots of them !)
